Mountain View Academy appreciates the support of volunteer parents and others who drive and supervise field trips and other off-campus events.

After conversing with MVA office staff about how to become an approved volunteer, you will be given forms to complete for the LiveScan approval process. Volunteers will also be required to complete conference training for student and volunteer safety.

• To ensure the highest level of safety for our students we do ask our volunteers to provide information that demonstrates their reliability.

• Drivers will need to submit a photocopy of your driver's license to the school office.

• Drivers will also need to submit a copy of your insurance coverage (if driving your own vehicle).
